Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled Global Operations Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating marine jobs after external sales received customer confirmation.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of projects.
  • Managing inventory levels and ordering supplies as needed.
  • Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree and 2 years of experience in customer service or order support. You should have excellent communication and organizational skills, be able to handle multiple priorities, and work well under pressure.
