At People Profilers, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Speech Therapist to lead our therapy team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to develop their management skills while continuing to practice as a therapist.

The successful candidate will have a minimum degree in Speech Therapy and be registered with the AHPC. They will have at least 5 years of experience working as a Speech Therapist, with excellent public relations and communication skills. They will also possess good management and analytical skills, with the ability to identify safety risks and implement corrective measures.

This role involves overseeing the day-to-day operations of the therapy team, including planning manpower allocation and supervising therapists and support staff. The ideal candidate will have a dynamic and proactive personality, with the ability to engage with clients and colleagues alike.
