Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance.
  • Inspect all guest rooms to ensure they meet Accor standards.
  • Cleanliness and organization of public areas.
  • Take initiative to add personalized touches for our guests.
  • Maintain confidentiality and respect guests' privacy.

Requirements

  • Previous leadership experience in a similar role, preferably in a hotel or similar environment.
  • Reliability, punctuality, and excellent personal presentation.
  • Excellent use of initiative and drive.
  • Friendly, helpful, and positive attitude.
  • Comfortable working autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Able to work a rotating roster over 7 days a week, including public holidays.
