Territory Sales Lead

At Mondelēz International, we're looking for a Territory Sales Lead to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for building strong relationships with our customers in the field. Your primary goal will be to partner with stores to grow revenue through effective execution of promotional plans and compliance against planned in-store activity.
This is a permanent, full-time position based in Palmerston North, working at least 30 hours per week. You'll have access to ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and advance your career. Our collaborative culture fosters a positive and inclusive work environment.
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of FMCG/grocery industry experience, ideally in the confectionery category. Experience in NZ's FMCG/grocery industry, with field sales and/or account management experience preferred. A passion for selling and building relationships is essential.
You'll also need to be highly self-motivated and able to work autonomously. Great communication and relationship-building skills are required, along with solid time management, planning, and organisational skills. Problem-solving and analytical skills are also necessary. MS Excel and Teams skills are a must, while experience with Tableau is advantageous.
