About the Opportunity

This is a high-energy, hands-on role where every day presents new challenges and opportunities. As a Territory Manager at Innov8Search, you will work with a broad range of products rather than focusing on one specific category, requiring a general understanding of multiple solutions rather than in-depth expertise in each one.

Your Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage relationships with existing customers to expand market share
  2. Identify new business opportunities through proactive sales efforts
  3. Sell across multiple product categories, leveraging industry knowledge to drive success
  4. Develop key customer needs across industries such as water testing, food testing, agriculture, and contract laboratories
  5. Collaborate with a supportive team to share insights and drive sales success
  6. Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals
  7. Ensure timely completion of administrative tasks, including quotes, CRM updates, and reporting
  8. Meet or exceed sales targets and activity objectives consistently
About You

We are seeking a dynamic sales professional with experience selling across multiple product categories rather than a single range. You will have a strong sales mindset, excellent communication and relationship-building skills, and a proactive approach to sales and business development.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience
  • A tertiary qualification in microbiology, food safety, or a related field
  • Experience selling into industries such as water testing, food testing, agriculture, and contract testing
  • Familiarity with the New Zealand scientific and industrial markets
  • Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to travel frequently (approx. 4–6 nights away per month)
  • A clean New Zealand driver's licence
