Skills and Qualifications

  • Ability to work rostered shifts across a 24/7 pattern, including weekends and public holidays
  • Relevant experience in a people-focused role, such as Security, Police, Military, or Healthcare
Training and Development

We provide fully paid training, which includes an initial week's induction onsite, five weeks at our National Learning Centre in Wellington, and six weeks back at your site before graduating.

Ongoing learning and development opportunities will continue throughout your career.
