This role is located at our Timaru site, where we process various fish species from our deep-water vessels and independent ACE fishers. As a Quality Assurance Officer, you will be responsible for assessing and reporting on product adherence against regulatory compliance standards and internal specifications.

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate product quality and compliance against regulatory standards and internal specifications.
  • Maintain accurate quality documentation and trending databases.
  • Work collaboratively with the Deep-Water Fleet team to improve product quality, compliance, and outcomes.
  • Support the optimization of Deep-Water Fleet product specifications to market and company requirements.
About You

We are looking for a highly motivated individual with a background in seafood or food processing industry experience. You should have strong attention to detail, ability to accurately inspect product against specifications and regulatory standards, and excellent interpersonal skills.
