About the Job

We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven individual to join our Aquatic Products Department as a team leader. In this role, you will play a key part in driving business success and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and mentoring a team of seafood specialists to achieve sales targets and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Developing and implementing strategies to increase sales and drive business growth, while maintaining high standards of quality and presentation
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless execution of promotions and events, and providing excellent customer service
  • Monitoring and controlling inventory levels, and managing stockroom operations effectively

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven leadership experience, preferably in a retail environment, with a track record of achieving sales targets and driving business results
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers
  • A passion for seafood and a willingness to continuously learn and improve your knowledge and skills
