About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to lead our Aquatic Products Department. This is an excellent opportunity to join a successful team who deliver exceptional products and service to customers every day.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for seafood, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. Key responsibilities include:

  • Merchandising fresh seafood products and ensuring they meet high standards of quality and presentation
  • Procuring fresh seafood on required days and managing inventory levels effectively
  • Training and upholding expectations of work completed in the department, including adherence to food safety and health and safety rules
  • Achieving financial and presentation goals, as well as delivering exceptional customer service

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and complete tasks within required timeframes
  • A positive work ethic and attitude, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new situations

Benefits
