We are looking for a Financial Operations Specialist to join our team, working alongside operational leaders to provide financial insights and drive performance. As a key advisor, you will help make informed financial decisions in a commercially focused environment.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with operational leadership to provide financial insights and drive performance.
  • Manage and develop a high performing team.
  • Deliver monthly financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Develop business and investment cases to support sustainable growth.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and manage financial risks.
  • Identify and drive process and system improvements to enhance efficiency.

About You

You will be a commercially focused finance professional with a strong understanding of agribusiness operations. You thrive on collaboration, problem-solving, and driving strategic outcomes. With 6-8 years' experience in finance, agribusiness, primary industries, or commercial operations, you possess strong financial modelling, budgeting, and analytical skills.
