The Role
We are seeking a Finance Business Partner to support our leaders in achieving their strategic goals. The successful candidate will have excellent financial expertise and be able to guide decision-making while ensuring our financial sustainability.

Your Key Responsibilities
* Provide financial advice and analysis to support our leaders.* Work closely with diverse teams to develop and implement financial strategies.* Partner with internal stakeholders to provide financial analysis and insights for science projects and other initiatives.* Develop and present operational reporting and analysis to stakeholders.* Support annual budgeting and forecasting processes.* Assist in preparing business cases for strategic investments and decisions.* Regularly review and enhance financial practices and system integrity.* Promote and uphold best practices in financial policy, processes, and systems.

About You
You are a finance professional with a strong analytical mindset and a passion for collaborating with stakeholders to drive meaningful outcomes. You thrive in complex environments and excel at influencing and advising teams across the organisation.

Requirements
* Tertiary qualification in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or related disciplines.* Qualified Chartered Accountant status or equivalent.* 5+ years' experience providing financial insights in large, complex organisations.* Proficient in management accounting and financial management principles.* Strong knowledge of financial standards, GAAP, and relevant legislation.* Expertise with integrated financial planning tools and tier 1-2 Financial Management systems.* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
