**About the Role**

We are seeking an experienced Financial Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Advice Quality & Governance Team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality financial advice to our customers.

You will work closely with Wealth Office Advisers, Wealth Consultants, and the Leadership Team to provide timely guidance, training, and support. Your expertise will help us maintain the highest standards of advice quality and governance.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Reviewing and quality-assuring financial advice documents to ensure they meet regulatory requirements, industry best practices, and internal business rules.
  • Providing specialist input on complex customer situations, writing, and peer-reviewing advice documents.
  • Engaging in additional workstreams that add value to the advice process.

**Requirements**

  • At least five years' experience in the financial services industry, with excellent knowledge of the financial advice process, industry legislation/best practice, customer needs, and investment products.
  • Three years' plus experience in a similar role (i.e., quality assuring financial advice).
  • Graduate Diploma in Personal Financial Planning or New Zealand Certificate in Financial Services (Level 5 – Investment strand).
  • Good knowledge of MS office products (Word, Excel, Outlook & Teams etc.).
  • Superior customer service, communication, and analytical skills with refined attention to detail.
  • Relevant tertiary qualification (preferred).
  • Experience working with XPLAN software or similar Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools (preferred).
