- We are seeking a highly skilled Project Coordinator and Web Development Expert to join our team at Volunteering Waikato.
About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to work with us in developing and implementing web solutions that make a real difference in the community. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to plan, develop, and implement web solutions that meet our organization's goals and objectives.
- Developing and customizing websites using Wix to deliver user-friendly platforms for clients and stakeholders.
- Implementing REST API integration with Salesforce to enhance data connectivity and streamline processes.
- Leveraging basic Salesforce knowledge to ensure seamless CRM interactions and efficient management of client and project data.
- Collaborating effectively using GitHub for source code management and version control.
- Utilizing the Odoo Project Management tool to plan, track, and deliver projects aligned with our mission.
- Coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution of tasks and smooth project delivery.
- Harnessing Google Workspace tools to ensure clear communication and foster collaboration across teams and with external stakeholders.
- Addressing technical and operational challenges with innovative, proactive solutions.
- Identifying and implementing workflow, web platform, and project strategy improvements to maximize our impact.
You'll Be The Right Fit If You Have:
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript for web development.
- Experience managing and customizing websites using Wix.
- Hands-on experience with GitHub for collaboration and version control.
- Familiarity with Google Communication tools for team collaboration and professional correspondence.
- Proven problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and adapt to challenges.
- Experience with the Odoo Project Management tool or similar software.
- Basic knowledge of Salesforce, including working with CRM systems.
- Experience with REST API integration, specifically with Salesforce.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
