Overview:

  • We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Development and Project Coordinator to join our team at Volunteering Waikato.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to work with us in developing and implementing web solutions that make a real difference in the community. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

  1. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to plan, develop, and implement web solutions that meet our organization's goals and objectives.
  2. Developing and customizing websites using Wix to deliver user-friendly platforms for clients and stakeholders.
  3. Implementing REST API integration with Salesforce to enhance data connectivity and streamline processes.
  4. Leveraging basic Salesforce knowledge to ensure seamless CRM interactions and efficient management of client and project data.
  5. Collaborating effectively using GitHub for source code management and version control.
  6. Utilizing the Odoo Project Management tool to plan, track, and deliver projects aligned with our mission.
  7. Coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution of tasks and smooth project delivery.
  8. Harnessing Google Workspace tools to ensure clear communication and foster collaboration across teams and with external stakeholders.
  9. Addressing technical and operational challenges with innovative, proactive solutions.
  10. Identifying and implementing workflow, web platform, and project strategy improvements to maximize our impact.

You'll Be The Right Fit If You Have:

  1. Strong proficiency in JavaScript for web development.
  2. Experience managing and customizing websites using Wix.
  3. Hands-on experience with GitHub for collaboration and version control.
  4. Familiarity with Google Communication tools for team collaboration and professional correspondence.
  5. Proven problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and adapt to challenges.
  6. Experience with the Odoo Project Management tool or similar software.
  7. Basic knowledge of Salesforce, including working with CRM systems.
  8. Experience with REST API integration, specifically with Salesforce.
  9. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
