About the Role

As a Senior HR Business Partner, you will play a pivotal operational role aligning HR strategy with overarching business objectives. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across Australia and New Zealand to drive business outcomes.

This role is responsible for:

  1. Effective business partnering with leaders within key departments, including Marketing, R&D, and NZ Sales.
  2. Building and maintaining strong relationships with leaders to influence and co-create people solutions.
  3. Partnering with COE teams to enhance capability and performance through cyclical people activity.
  4. Managing employee relations, including grievance, performance improvements, and change management.
  5. Leading initiatives to enhance and improve the employee experience.
  6. Managing the growth and development of one Senior HR Advisor.
About You
  • You have 5+ years' experience in a similar role.
  • You have experience working in FMCG and global companies.
  • You are eligible to work in New Zealand.
