Job Description

We are seeking an experienced HR professional to join our team as a Strategic People Development Specialist. In this role, you will work closely with our business leaders to drive strategic people initiatives that foster a high-performing culture and build capability within Foodstuffs North Island.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR, preferably in retail or customer-focused environments. They should be a proactive and adaptable leader with excellent coaching, advisory, and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with business leaders to develop and implement strategic people plans that align with the company's overall goals.
  • Provide expert guidance on employee relations, industrial relations, and HR advisory services to support the business.
  • Lead and execute initiatives to improve employee engagement, performance, and culture across the organization.
