We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Maintenance Coordinator. This role involves a mix of custodial duties, light maintenance, and event setup/takedown.

The successful candidate will have previous experience in maintenance, custodial work, or a similar role, with basic handyman skills for minor repairs. They will also be able to lift and move heavy objects as needed, and possess strong attention to detail and a commitment to keeping the property clean and welcoming.

About the Role:

  • This is a Monday to Friday position, working 7:30am - 4pm at our West Auckland location.
  • Full clean Driver's License is required for this role.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Facility Maintenance: Perform routine cleaning, trash removal, and minor repairs to keep the surrounding property in excellent condition.
  • Event Support: Set up and take down tables, chairs, and other equipment for services, meetings, and special events.
  • Security & Safety: Ensure the building is properly opened and secured before and after events, monitor for safety hazards, and report necessary repairs.
  • Groundskeeping: Maintain outdoor areas, including walkways, lawns, and gardens, and assist with seasonal tasks like snow removal or leaf clearing.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with staff, volunteers, and vendors to support the smooth operation of the property.
