Your strategic outlook and experience managing a diverse and large number of commercial properties will be invaluable in addressing conflicting and competing agency preferences and negotiating resolutions that meet broader system and project outcomes.
Key Requirements:- A proven track record of managing and planning a large property portfolio, considering both supply and demand side dynamics.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to analyse market data, financial reports, and lease terms.
- An existing reputation as a highly credible property negotiator and leader.
