Key Requirements:
  1. A proven track record of managing and planning a large property portfolio, considering both supply and demand side dynamics.
  2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to analyse market data, financial reports, and lease terms.
  3. An existing reputation as a highly credible property negotiator and leader.
