Key Responsibilities
  1. Promote the bowel screening program to priority groups
  2. Support participants in completing their screening tests
  3. Develop and maintain relationships with community organizations and stakeholders
  4. Contribute to the development of policies and procedures related to the bowel screening program
Requirements
  • Degree in Health or Community Health Worker qualification
  • 2-3 years of experience working in public health, community health or primary care setting
  • Experience working with Pacific, Māori and multicultural communities
  • Knowledge and understanding of Tikanga Māori and Māori protocols
  • Able to speak Te Reo Māori or a Pacific language
