We are seeking an experienced and qualified Consultant Psychiatrist to join our clinical team at Lotofale - Pacific Mental Health Services.

Our goal is to deliver high-quality mental health care to Pasifika individuals and their families in the Auckland metropolitan area.

The successful candidate will be part of a team that addresses cultural, spiritual, physical, and mental dimensions to achieve the highest standards of cultural-clinical care and improve health outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing specialist psychiatric services to patients across the region
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to develop and implement effective treatment plans
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records
  • Promoting culturally safe and patient-centered care practices

Requirements

  • Vocationally registered with the Medical Council of New Zealand
  • A Post Graduate qualification in Psychiatry is preferred
  • Eligibility for source verification of qualifications for registration
