About the Job
This is a part-time fixed-term position working 0700 - 1500 Friday to Monday at Hilda Ross Retirement Village, Hamilton.
The successful candidate will be required to develop lasting relationships with our residents and their families.
You will follow individual care plans, providing care that is tailored to each resident's unique needs and preferences.
You will also use the latest technology, including our purpose-built care app myRyman, to support your work.
About You
To succeed in this role, you will need to demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills.
A compassionate and empathetic approach to care is essential, along with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
Previous experience in aged care is preferred, but not essential.
