We're looking for a highly motivated and entrepreneurial Sales Associate to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing and converting leads through the sales pipeline, while providing a best-in-class customer experience.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Be the point person for incoming leads and potential tutoring clients, managing the process from initial contact to close.
  • Making calls and conducting 1-on-1 sales calls with prospective students/parents to sell tutoring packages/subscriptions.
  • Responding to inquiries from leads, ensuring that data is diligently and accurately entered and managed within our CRM system.
  • Proactively working with the marketing team to design effective marketing campaigns and explore ways to better engage with prospective students.
  • Continuously improving sales techniques and industry knowledge.
