  • Guiding daily front office activities and driving innovation to achieve higher standards
  • Conducting comprehensive training sessions for Front Office staff members
  • Elevating customer satisfaction through personal interaction and attention to special requests
  • Addressing any credit-related issues promptly and efficiently

The Ideal Candidate
For success in this position, please consider these must-have qualities:

  • A minimum of 6-12 months of experience in front office roles within the hotel industry (preferably at a supervisory level)
  • A team player with a positive attitude
  • Strong organisation skills
  • A flexible approach to scheduling
  • A valid NZ drivers license or the willingness to obtain one
