Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced People & Culture Business Partner to join our team in a fixed term capacity. You will be responsible for providing expert HR advice, guidance, and people insights to our Food & Beverage departments, helping to drive business outcomes and achieve our goals.

As a key member of our People & Culture team, you will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with our centre of expertise divisions, sharing best practices and driving continuous improvement.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives to drive business outcomes
  • Providing coaching and training to People Leaders on HR-related topics
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders across the business
  • Leading and managing HR projects and initiatives
  • Working closely with centre of expertise divisions across the wider People & Culture team

Requirements:

  • A relevant HR degree (preferable) and 5+ years' HR experience in a large, fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills
  • Ability to think strategically and drive business outcomes
  • Experience in change management and process improvement
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience working in a matrixed environment
