We are seeking an experienced sales leader to join our team as a Regional Sales Manager based in Wellington.
This is a remote role responsible for driving sales activity, implementing data-driven strategies, and fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and developing a high-performing sales team across the lower North Island region.
- Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Mentoring and coaching Sales Advisors to drive contracts of sale, achieve occupancy, and maximise value per sale.
