Caregiver Specialist

We are seeking a Support Worker to join our Supported Living team. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with intellectual disabilities to live independently in their own homes.
Key Responsibilities- Provide daily living support to individuals, including assistance with personal care, cooking, cleaning, and budgeting.
- Help individuals maintain social connections and participate in community activities.
- Assist individuals in managing employment and accessing relevant community services.
- Ensure individuals have access to good health and wellbeing services.
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred, but we are also looking for someone with varied life experience and an open-minded attitude.
- The ability to build good relationships with individuals and their families.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to share information in a clear and concise manner.
- Physical fitness to support individuals in a variety of activities.
- A Full NZ driver's license.
