Network Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled IT/Network Support Engineer to provide on-site assistance and remote support for various IT & Networking tasks in your area. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in System Desktop Administration, Customer Service, Incident/Change/Release management, and Support for various third-party applications on Windows Platforms.
The successful applicant will have hands-on experience with different OS such as iOS, Android, Windows, and Blackberry devices, as well as technical troubleshooting skills.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing on-site assistance for desktop support, Server/Rack part (Hard disk drives, etc.), hardware installation & replacement
- Supporting remote teams with console access Router/Switch/Firewall etc.
- Troubleshooting issues with DHCP, DNS, IP addressing, wireless LAN, Ethernet desktop configuration, and subnetting
