  • Strong analytical skills combined with an ability to analyze detailed financial and non-financial data and provide related advice in simple and clear ways to enable effective decisions.
  • Experience providing proactive, objective and high-quality financial advice, information and analysis and interpretation on business performance issues.
  • Ability to foster good stakeholder relationships that are internal and external to the Ministry through consultation and partnership.
  • Proven ability to work under pressure and with little supervision to meet deadlines, set priorities and meet the requirements of a range of stakeholders in a high performing and evolving environment.
