Payroll Specialist

**Role Overview:**
We are looking for a detail-oriented and knowledgeable Payroll Administrator to work within our payroll team. This part-time position requires between 40 to 80 hours per month, offering flexibility in how you structure your working hours around the payroll deadlines.
Job Description: Payroll Administration
The successful candidate will be responsible for processing payrolls, maintaining employee records, and submitting payroll-related filings. They will also handle employee inquiries and assist with year-end processes.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Payroll Administrator or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of UK payroll legislation, taxes, and benefits.
- Proficiency with payroll software (e.g., Sage).
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage time efficiently and work independently.
- Knowledge of pensions and benefits administration is a plus.
