About the Role:

This role involves supporting individuals with various aspects of daily life, promoting independence, and empowering them to pursue their goals. You will be part of a dynamic team providing 24/7 support, with opportunities for sleepover payments and flexible scheduling.

Key Responsibilities:

Supporting individuals with personal care, meal preparation, and household management tasksAssisting with transportation and community integrationEncouraging skill development and goal achievementWorking collaboratively with the support team to ensure seamless care

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will require:

A strong desire to support individuals with disabilitiesFlexibility to work varied shifts, including overnight and weekend rotationsFull driver's license and confidence in transporting passengers safelyAbility to think creatively and empower individuals to achieve their goals
