The Opportunity

As a Disaster Recovery Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the continuity of our operations during critical incidents. Your responsibilities will include managing and coordinating disaster recovery activities, as well as providing critical support for public safety, transportation, and utility customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate disaster recovery activities to minimize impact on customers.
  • Drive technical bridge activities across multiple teams to ensure resolution within SLAs.
  • Lead management bridge activities, prepare action plans, and keep incidents under control.
  • Provide timely updates to management, customers, and internal stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Certification in ITIL (minimum ITIL V3 Foundations; & ITIL 4).
  • Minimum of 5 Years of cross-domain technical experience in Land Mobile (P25/DMR) or Cellular Telecommunications (Radio, Access, and Core Domain).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience working with ITIL Framework and experience with Emergency Event management.
  • Ability to work 24/7 shift roster, including up to 12-hour shifts.
