Key Responsibilities
The main responsibilities of this role include receiving and processing water meter read data, generating invoices for payment, and providing exceptional customer service. You will also be required to complete trade waste and third-party invoicing, generate work orders for our in-house maintenance delivery team, organize special reads, investigate water use, and respond to customer queries in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements and Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you must have excellent financial data management skills and a strong analytical ability. You should also have very good attention to detail, an intermediate level of computer literacy specifically with the Microsoft Office Suite, and the ability to quickly learn new systems and adapt to change. Additionally, you will need to operate independently while building on the strength of the team and demonstrate excellent time management to operate within a fast-paced environment.
