We are looking for an experienced Personal Assistant to provide high-level support to one of our Managing Directors.

Job Description: The purpose of this role is to provide effective and efficient high-level support, including prioritisation of work, diary management, effective communication, and accurate documentation production. The role can be pressured, so the ability to work with a fast-paced spontaneous approach, along with resilience, flexibility, and organisation under stress, is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level administrative support to the Managing Director and maintain the effective running of duties in their absence.
  • Manage the Director's work diary, prioritising and managing time effectively and preparing for meetings.
  • Manage correspondence and ensure responses are given in a timely manner.
  • Manage travel arrangements and itineraries.
  • Ensure deadlines and time-critical administration are met.
  • Maintain effective communication and working relationships with other staff members.
  • Act as a point of contact for customers and subcontractors.
  • Provide support and advice to the Company Directors, undertaking tasks as required.
  • Attend specific meetings, take notes, draft minutes, and action tasks where required.
  • Create and review, with the Directors' guidance, the company's policy and procedure documents.
  • Effectively use Word/Excel/PowerPoint to help create bespoke documents.
  • Maintain the highest level of confidentiality and adherence to the company's Policies and Procedures.
