About the Job
This role is part of our Integrated Care Pathways team, which works with providers to deliver coordinated and effective treatment plans for clients with musculoskeletal injuries. As a Recovery Coordinator, you will be responsible for contacting providers and clients to discuss case management and rehabilitation plans. This role requires strong communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to stay up-to-date with complex legislation and technical details.
