As a Sales Assistant at Animanes, you will be part of a passionate team dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service and providing specialist nutrition advice. You will work closely with our experienced manager who is committed to developing others and creating a fun and friendly work environment.
Your Responsibilities
You will provide specialist nutrition advice, suggest educational toys, and know what fish species make good tank-mates. Other daily tasks include fulfilling e-commerce orders and lifting heavy items such as bags of dog food.
What We're Looking For
We are seeking a candidate who prides themselves on delivering customer service excellence, proactively seeks solutions, and is committed to ongoing learning. To be successful, you will have experience in a customer-facing role, physical ability to lift stock up to 20kg, flexibility to work weekdays, weekends, and public holidays, and a positive attitude and dedication to being a valuable team member.
