Your Responsibilities
- Develop and manage long-term relationships with key customers to deliver sustainable growth and profitability.
- Conduct regular business reviews with customers to ensure alignment with our overall business strategy.
- Identify new business opportunities and work closely with internal stakeholders to develop and implement strategies to capture these opportunities.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and product development teams, to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to customers.
- Develop and maintain accurate sales forecasts and provide regular updates to senior management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute business plans that meet customer needs and drive revenue growth.
The Skills We're Looking For
- Proven track record in managing national account sales within FMCG or related consumer-focused markets.
- Strong commercial insight, and astute P&L management with the capability to develop and execute strategic sales plans.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and partnership.
- Demonstrated ability to think critically and solve complex problems, with a results-driven approach.
