Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Loan Kit Technician to join our team. As a key member of our fulfillment team, you will be responsible for constructing customised surgical kits to assist with key surgical areas, including Spine, Orthopaedics, Neurosurgery, General Surgery, Interventional Neurovascular, Robotics, Plastics and Reconstructive Surgery, Medical Capital, and Consumables.

About the Role

This is a rare opportunity to work closely with Operations and Sales Teams, presenting a passionate internal and external service opportunity. You will be responsible for:

  • Packing and dispatching loan set kits and implants to hospitals and specialist rooms
  • Receiving and unpacking returned loan sets from customers and hospitals
  • Liaising with internal and external customers to ensure loan sets meet the surgeons and sales representatives' requirements
  • Resupplying and picking implant inventory for hospital consignment locations
  • Transacting all products accurately within the required time frame in ERP system as per standard operating procedures
