About the Role

  • Manage service-related complaints and ensure timely resolution
  • Update service data accurately in business systems
  • Support the transition to digital planning and documentation
  • Review service reports and identify areas for improvement
  • Maintain effective communication with all stakeholders to address service-related issues
  • Ensure adherence to company safety policies and protocols
