As a Daily Life Support Specialist, you will be part of a team that provides a safe environment where people can develop confidence and new skills, build friendships with peers, and interact with others in the community. We are looking for energetic and motivated individuals to support people in their own homes.

This role involves providing leave cover for other Support Professionals, which requires flexibility regarding service locations. You will be supporting people with various aspects of daily life, helping them do things they want to do such as going swimming, personal cares, support with meals, household management tasks, and teaching life skills.

  • Supporting people with daily living activities

  • Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred, including experience with disabilities and challenging behaviours
  • Full driver's licence is essential
  • Someone who has the initiative to push people towards their goals, is energetic, outgoing, and can think outside the box
  • Flexibility to work overnight shifts across a roster, including weekends
