About the Role

This is a full-time position based in Auckland, working on projects across clients in New Zealand and Australia.

You will have scope and responsibility in this newly created role as we continue to grow.

As a Maximo Consultant, you will:

  • Deliver timely services and advice to clients' Maximo needs.
  • Work on full lifecycle greenfield implementation, managed service/ongoing support, or ongoing improvement and enhancements.
  • Consult with customers on how to efficiently utilise our technology to maximise benefits and support of their business.
  • Ensure documentation of work procedures, processes, and templates are up to date and relevant.
  • Drive continuous improvement and identify new opportunities to provide an excellent customer experience.

About You

You are a natural when it comes to engaging with various customers, their environments, and have a people-centric approach to your work.

We're looking for someone with:

  • Extensive experience delivering Maximo engagements with a sound technical understanding of the application.
  • Solid knowledge of business and IT fundamentals, including business process and application technologies.
  • An effective communication style: simple, clear, and relevant emails and documentation, with empathy and clarity.
  • Keen attention to detail, knowing when to delve down to the nitty-gritty and when to swoop up to see the big picture.
  • The ability to operate in a collaborative project environment with both technical and functional input.
  • An analytical approach towards problem-solving.
  • Determination and curiosity to ask questions and explore, uncovering root cause, all the while maintaining a focus on quality service delivery.
