As a trusted advisor to our leadership and line managers, you will play a critical role in providing guidance and solutions to drive business outcomes.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Partner with leadership and line managers to develop and implement HR plans, programs, processes, and services that support business objectives.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization, providing thoughtful and proactive HR solutions to meet their needs.
  • Provide expert advice on HR policies, employment legislation, performance management, talent development, recruitment, and rewards strategies.
  • Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement, build morale, improve workplace relationships, and boost productivity and retention.
  • Strengthen the talent pipeline by identifying, developing, and retaining top performers, as well as facilitating performance and talent reviews.
  • Manage employee grievances, conduct, and discipline matters in a fair and consistent manner.

**Requirements**

  • Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent from a recognized university.
  • At least 8 years of experience in a human resource function, preferably in the Healthcare industry.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills to engage staff at all levels.
  • Resourceful, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and influence others.
  • Solid knowledge of Employment Act and Labour Laws.
