The ideal candidate will have hands-on knowledge of in-house payroll processing, expertise in SAP payroll systems, and a commitment to delivering flawless results.

Main Responsibilities:
1. Manage payroll processing from start to finish for all Singapore-based entities, ensuring timely and accurate disbursements.
2. Conduct payroll calculations, including statutory contributions (CPF, SDL, etc.), deductions, and employee benefits.
3. Verify payroll reports to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies promptly.

Internal Payroll Management:
1. Process payroll internally using SAP payroll systems, maintaining confidentiality at all times.
2. Update payroll records with new hires, terminations, salary adjustments, bonuses, and other changes.
3. Ensure adherence to local labor laws, regulations, and tax requirements.
