2. Conduct payroll calculations, including statutory contributions (CPF, SDL, etc.), deductions, and employee benefits.
3. Verify payroll reports to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies promptly.
Internal Payroll Management:
1. Process payroll internally using SAP payroll systems, maintaining confidentiality at all times.
2. Update payroll records with new hires, terminations, salary adjustments, bonuses, and other changes.
3. Ensure adherence to local labor laws, regulations, and tax requirements.
Statutory Compliance and Reporting:
