**About Your Role**

Ixom is seeking a dynamic and proactive Procurement Coordinator to join our team in Newmarket, Auckland. This role is an integral part of the broader Procurement team and will involve working closely with colleagues across global offices.

You will be responsible for supporting end-to-end procure to pay processes, contract and vendor management systems, and procurement efficiency with a strong focus on the administrative function. This is a wonderful opportunity for a Junior Professional to develop their business skills and learning opportunities within a market-leading company that is in a growth phase.

The successful candidate will have 2-3 years of Procurement administration/coordination experience, a tertiary qualification in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering or a related discipline, and excellent written and verbal communication skills. SAP experience is also essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Procure-to-Pay process efficiency project
  • Conduct and support procurement sourcing activities
  • Work within a team of procurement experts to assist with providing contracting and procurement support to stakeholders
  • Maintain procurement data in Contract Management Systems (CMS) and electronic documents management system
