About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Sales Stylist to join our team in New Plymouth. As a Sales Stylist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers through a personalized experience and exceptional product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service, creating a memorable experience and understanding our customer needs
  • Be innovative, and always look for new and better ways of working
  • Be confident and stylish, acting as ambassadors of the Taking Shape brand
  • Buildbelonging and a community spirit, with both their team members and customers
  • Maintain high standards of visual merchandising, and ensures our floors are well stocked to support our customer needs

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • An affinity with the Taking Shape brand, and live, love and breathe our product
  • Exceptional customer service skills, preferably within a customer led industry
  • To be a self-starter, and flexible in line with business needs
  • To be bubbly, passionate and committed, holding a professional stance and high emotional intelligence
