About the Role

This is a key position within our organization, focusing on the timely evaluation of high-risk areas and emerging threats to support the achievement of our goals. The successful candidate will have a solid understanding of regulatory legislation relevant to the financial services sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough quality assurance evaluations to measure adherence to compliance requirements and customer service expectations across advisory and lending interactions, reviews, and onboarding.
  • Engage in the design, implementation, and oversight of the Line 1 Quality Assurance program to ensure it functions as a robust control within our compliance framework.
  • Create, sustain, and implement business process enhancements within the Quality Assurance program to ensure ongoing improvements in service delivery to customers.
  • Promptly escalate any issues uncovered during assurance evaluations to leadership so that any concerns regarding capability or performance can be addressed without delay.

Requirements

  • Formal qualifications or extensive experience in delivering financial advice, preferably as a lender, or significant experience in AML/CFT assurance.
  • Over 5 years of experience in QA or a similar role.
  • Excellent communication skills with the capacity to convey information effectively at all organizational levels.
