You will be responsible for:
- Collaborating with the Area Manager to develop and implement strategies to improve customer experience and sales
- Maintaining operational excellence and ensuring accountability across all areas of the store
- Coaching and developing team members to reach their personal best
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Experience as a Store Manager, comprehensively leading a team to succeed
- Commitment to delivering the Ultimate Customer Experience
- Experience in meeting and exceeding Sales and KPI goals
