Operations Specialist for Design and Research

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Design and Research function as a Research Operations Specialist. You will play a key role in enabling efficient and ethical mixed methods research processes for our teams.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Optimize research workflows with design and research leaders.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams for consistent research practices.
  • Build and maintain reporting and support research operations queries.
  • Coordinate research logistics and manage full participant recruitment cycle and data.
  • Maintain participant panels as well as coordination of office testing as required.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in research operations, preferably in a cloud-based environment.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in building educational material and user guides.
  • Established best practices for Research Operations.
  • A successful track record in managing cross-functional initiatives.
