Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Contracts and Maintenance Coordinator to join our team at Vector Ltd_. This is a challenging and rewarding role, requiring strong stakeholder management skills and a proven track record of success in contracts management.

As a Contracts and Maintenance Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the efficient delivery of maintenance activities on our electricity networks. You will work closely with Vector colleagues and partners to deliver projects efficiently and effectively, while ensuring safe working practices and compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage contracts and coordinate maintenance activities across our network.
  • Work closely with Vector colleagues and partners to deliver projects efficiently and effectively.
  • Collaborate with customers to resolve queries and provide excellent service.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor work progress and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Electrical qualification (line mechanic, cable jointer, or electrician).
  • Experience in contracts management, with a sound knowledge of network activities within the electricity sector.
  • Strong risk assessment skills and a fundamental awareness of network requirements to maintain a safe and reliable electricity network.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build successful relationships with partners and customers.
