Responsibilities include administrative support, operations management, HR tasks, event planning, project management, communication, and travel coordination.

  • Ability to anticipate needs, take initiative, and work independently with minimal supervision
  • High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information

We use various tools including Justworks for HR, Ashby for hiring and managing the candidate pipeline, Checkr and E-Verify for background checks and onboarding, Asana for task and project management, Notion for onboarding new employees, Slack, Telegram, GMeet, and DocuSign for managing contract roles.
