**Role Summary:**

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Professional Administrator to join our team at Ward 21 Acute Inpatient Services.

This role requires strong administrative skills, including office management, secretarial duties, and time management.

You will work closely with our leadership team and clinical services to deliver high-quality care to our patients.

**Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):**

  • Deliver high-quality administrative support to the leadership team and clinical services
  • Meet deadlines and priorities set by the team leader
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders

**Requirements:**

  • 3+ years of experience in an administration team environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
